MOQUECA DE LAGOSTA
Season 400 gr of lobster with salt and pepper and set aside (do not wash the lobster with lemon, to keep it soft). Put 80 gr of palm oil, 2 garlic cloves and 100 gr of chopped onion in the pan, and let it sauté. Then, add 100 gr of chopped peppers and the same weight of chopped tomatoes.
Add the lobster, already seasoned, and allow it to boil for 15 minutes. Add 200 ml of coconut milk, 100 gr of coriander and the juice of 4 average lemons.
Let it cook for another 15 minutes.

Where to eat
It is a national dish, with many variations with all kinds of fish, seafood or meat, that can be found throughout the territory.
I had my best experience in:
Donana, Praia do Forte, Salvador
Good company

I would like to recommend a good Brazilian white wine, but, in this week in Brazil, I only met a Brazilian wine (a good red), in the airport when leaving.
I think that this strong dish goes better with white, so I chose some of the locally tasted ones, from Chile Argentina and… Portugal, of course (the one I used).
